Our Home Grown COSP Flow

We have developed a very seamless Come On Same Page Flow which helps both business as well as binarybespoke to come on same page in terms of understanding of requirements and scope of implementation. There are various stages involved in this process defined including continous interaction with client:

RFP/BRD Analysis

Business will provide Request for Proposal / Business Requirement Document to Binarybespoke.

Initial Scope Sheet Preparation

On the basis of provided RFP/BRD Document, our team will do analysis and share the scope sheet with business.

Clarrification & Feedbacks

After sharing the scope sheet to business, Binarybespoke will ask for sign off on scope sheet after clearing all doubts and observations with business.

Scope Sign Off

Once Binarybespoke and business, both are aligned with the Scope Sheet shared by Binarybespoke, Business need to provide further sign off on scope sheet agreeing that whatever scope is given is fixed and it won’t be changed in future. If business requests for minor changes then it can be adjustable within the freezed scope but any other change will be treated as change request which will be required separate development efforts.

Estimations

After providing sign of on scope sheet, Binarybespoke will share timeline, efforts estimations , resource loading and commercials.

Deal & Sign Service Level Agreement

After agreeing on given timeline, estimates & commercials, both parties go ahead to sign a deal.
