Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce with fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Optimize platform performance, addressing page load, queries, and governor limits.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Create technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
- Support data migration using tools like Data Loader for mapping and cleansing.
- Ensure Salesforce security compliance with user access, roles, and sharing rules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and governor limits.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
